Customer service by the sales Lady, Janet, was excellent. She provided timely and detailed information about the product, in liaison with her technical team. Delivery period was affected by delayed onward shipment by the Durban agent. This greatly delayed final delivery of thr product despite timely shipment from the supplier. We look forward to quality and efficient equipment testing support in the soonest possible time as we are currently realigning power supply. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SUPERB to other customers due to its professional service and support that appears to be inherent. If there is another opportunity to provide additional review after product is tested, I will definitely do it. Keep it up Janet and SUPERB! You are doing a fine job.
